Podcasts
Podcasts are either clips from programs, or entire programs compressed into (usually) .mp3 format. Generally speaking, they are updated weekly, and formatted for download to your iPod or other MP3 player. If you already have iTunes, you can subscribe to your favorite podcasts from there.
