KUMR officially changed its name to KMST in July of 2007! The station's new call letters better reflect the University's new name of Missouri University of Science and Technology, or Missouri S&T. Although our name has changed, we're still the station you turn to for great locally-produced programs like Allegro, Sounds Eclectic and Bluegrass for a Saturday Night, along with the national programs you depend on like NPR's Morning Edition, A Prairie Home Companion and Car Talk. We will maintain two websites (www.kumr.org and www.kmst.org) and the same two positions on the dial so you won't lose us -- you'll just know us by our new name! If you have any questions or comments regarding this change, please feel free to contact General Manager Jim Sigler or Marketing Manager Tricia Crout at 573-341-4386
